Lead Consultant: Ben Proctor.

Ben has a background in Public Relations, Information Technology and Emergency Planning. In 2008 he saw that emergency response and crisis communications were going to be strongly affected by developments in mobile and online technology so he set up Likeaword to become a centre of expertise in digital skills for emergencies.

Ben is based in Shropshire, UK but works across the country with category one responders and other organisations looking to manage their response to emergencies. He works with emergency planning and business continuity professionals as well as with corporate communication specialists.

Likeaword is able to draw on a network of specialist associates.

Likeaword Associate: Andy  J Parkes:

A retired senior police officer Andy now owns his own company (Saxon Park Services Limited) and supports businesses in their planning, internet presence including web design, hosting and social networking and their technology needs. He is also a non-executive director of Severnside Housing Association in Shrewsbury and undertakes short contracts for the Justice Sector. His links with the three main management professional institutes and specifically his work with the CMI enables him to maintain his knowledge and expertise in these key areas. His recent Masters of Arts in Education and Professional Development has provided a good academic basis for his current business needs.

Andy key skills are his ability to interact with people at all levels, to listen and acknowledge difference and to provide impartial and unbiased support to all he meets.
