I am a blogger and consultant specialising in the reputational impacts of social media. I run the likeaword consultancy and live and work in Shropshire, UK.

I am an excellent writer and public speaker with a formidable understanding of design, information technology and social media.

I have a background in community relations at a local and national level and I have senior level experience in the public and not-for profit sectors.

I have particular skills in reputation and brand management, project management, and training and development.

I am a board member of Severnside Housing, and Re-Bike Community Interest Company. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and an associate member of the Emergency Planning Society.
